Horrible Customer Service

I have never had trouble with their actual service, but their customer service is horrible. I had trouble with my customer rewards program. Every time the "cash back" reward was due, I had to call them. I never got the same answer twice, even about renewal. Either they're purposely trying not to honor their rewards program, or they have the most misinformed customer service representatives I have ever seen. When they offer to "escalate" your complaint by having "someone from corporate" call you, they tell you it will be 3 to 5 business days, and then you're likely to never receive a call. They are also very rude when you try to explain and show proof of compliance with their requirements under the program.
