Cirro Energy unhappy customer

I am very very unhappy with Cirro you call to speak with a representative and you get somene that is not in the US. You can't understand them and half the time the rep does not know what your talking about. You ask for a US rep and they transfer you back to the to the beginning with no talk directory. Then they charme twice in one month because of their new billing system that's tough for someone on social security.

I am shopping for affordable electricity because the contract I have with my current energy provider is ready for renewal. I received a prequalified rate quote letter from Cirro Energy. Initially, I was impressed with the amount of money I could save each month by switching over to Cirro Energy. I took some time to research and read the feedback from Cirro customers to make sure this is a reputable company who values their customers. Honestly, after reading the numerous customer reviews which center on the poor customer service and unprofessional actions etc... I will stay with my current provider. My time is worth more than what I would save by doing business with a company that does not value and appreciate their customer's time. I have found that the companies who resource their staff to deliver on what is sold does much better than the companies who deplete their resources and exhaust their staff to sell what they can't deliver.

My experience with Cirro Energy within this past year has been horrible. I've been with them for about 4 years and now searching for a new utility provider. When I first started with Cirro, they were great. My bill was easy to read and prices were competitive. Fast forward to today, they have to be the worst utility provider in Texas. Customer service is terrible. They're now using shady business practices to rip you off. I found that the bills I now get compared to a couple of years ago are confusing. It doesn’t go into specific detail on what you are being charge for as it did before. First off, if my fixed rate was 10.1₵ per kWh, it used to state it on the bill, not anymore. You now have to break out the calculator and do some number crunching. If you’re a current customer, please look over your contract again with this company. Secondly, whenever you move your service, they automatically renew your contract for 18 months without your consent, giving you a higher fixed kWh rate. My average billing has now exploded. I had to call several times, chewing people out to have my contract reverse, arguing the fact that I only call to move service, not change my contract, which doesn’t expire until 06/25/2015. Within a two month time frame, I chatted online with Cirro Representatives twice and requested that they send me a copy of the contract where I agreed to 18 months of service. The two Cirro Representatives I chatted with stated they will mail it within the next 7 business days. Three months has past, not one letter has been sent other than my billings. This company is a joke. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you're look to for a new utility provider, please save your self-time and hard earned money and look elsewhere.

Worst Service & CSR's EVER!

I had called in April to renew my contract, since I was a co applicant they told me to have the Main customer call, No problem, I DID!!!!!! They still did not re new my contract and for a 1 bed room apartment my light bill was $320.25 how crazy is that? When I called because I had concerns they said no one renewed my contract. I WAS RIGHT THERE WHEN THE PHONE CALL WAS MADE! Does not stop there, When I called re payment dates for my final bill and to see about my $50.00 credit a lady by Jenine spoke over me the entire time. I tried several times to speak with someone else because she was rude and she told me to call back. Uh NO, Transfer me! Whole experience has been a nightmare & I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone! Not even my worst enemy!
