Cirro Energy unhappy customer

I am very very unhappy with Cirro you call to speak with a representative and you get somene that is not in the US. You can't understand them and half the time the rep does not know what your talking about. You ask for a US rep and they transfer you back to the to the beginning with no talk directory. Then they charme twice in one month because of their new billing system that's tough for someone on social security.
