Very poor service

It took 3 phone calls to get a transfer order done correctly. Then I continued to be billed for my previous address and was charged an early termination fee in error. The customer service agents don't have the power to resolve any problem and say that "corporate" will have to back- they don't. Be warned, they are a HASSLE.
