Question by ibjuscoolin: Why does TXU Energy ask for a 0 Deposit when my plan is month to month? (TXU Energy Sucks)…?
I just moved to TX and when searching for a provider I called TXU Energy, they took all of my information SSN ect… and then notified me there would be a 300 deposit. They would NOT let me split up the deposit…My credit is fair, and i have never not paid any utility bills.. I am stunned that they would charge this amount to a new customer furthermore NOT ALLOW PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR THIS DEPOSIT…
